Felt Cookie Supplies
First, gather your supplies: felt, embroidery floss, needles, seed beads and polyester fiberfilling--all of these things can be found at Michaels. The felt costs only 29 cents a sheet! Cut the desired cookie shapes out of the felt, making the "frosting" layer a little smaller than the cookie.
*I used a bigger needle for stitching the felt together, and a smaller/thinner needle for attaching the seed beads. (The two things I forgot to include in the picture was the poly-filling, and brown floss.)
