My thoughts are with you and your little niece. She is adorable. :) My niece will celebrate her 1 year cancer free in April. She had ALL (Leukemia)for 2 1/2 years. She was to be on a 3 year treatment plan but did so well she got off the treatments 6 months early. It is amazing how strong these little ones are. Hugs!

Another survival story - our little friend Destiny was only 3 years old when diagnosed but is now 22 and living large! Sending all blessings and prayers that the time is short for her sweet little self to be so sick. She's a precious person!

Pam

Oops. I should read the box descriptions a little closer next time! (Just Pam would do.)

I know how scary having a family member with Cancer can be. When I was 18 my little brother was diagnosed with Leukemia. He would turn 7 years old 1 week later. It was extremely frightening. Luckily I had a very close friend that was going through just the same exact cancer. I do not believe that this was a coincidence that he had been diagnosed just four months prior to my little brother. Heavenly Father knew my little brother (and me) needed him to show us the ropes and explain what a hickman line even was. He even made it to the hospital before my siblings and I could get there. He was a great support and friend to my family at such a critical time. I am sad to say my friend is no longer with us, but my little brother is. He was able to serve a mission and is now 23 years old. He's headed off to BYU-I this Fall. I know that prayers are powerful and that my family bonded even more during such a trial. I'll be praying for yours.
