This project is so much fun! Your girls will absolutely love wearing their new hair accessories. The neat thing about making your own hair clips is that you can make them for any occasion with any colors you choose...this craft is so versatile!
For today's tutorial I chose to make an acorn hair clip in celebration of beautiful Autumn. Plus, my girls are in need of hair clips in colors other than pink.

But I must tell you--you can go a little crazy with making a variety of these babies.
Don't say I didn't warn you.
You can also make curly hair clips without the brad. I made miniature ones to match Avery's outfit:
Instead of cutting the ribbon in 2" segments I cut them in 1 1/2" pieces.
Now, have at it!
And for those who have no interest in making hair clips but have been craving a platter of Pumpkin Chocolate Cookies, you're in luck!
Click here for the scrumptious recipe I posted last year. YUMMY!

Pamela
